DITO completed in March 2021. These are its deliverables, organised by what they are - led by the outputs that still matter today.

- A Translational Clinical Informatics approach to deteriorating patient care (the eChain of Prevention, Davey, Jobling et al., v1.0, CC BY-SA 4.0) - a pillar of the project's method story: how translational clinical informatics connects observation to intervention. - An Open Digital Approach for the NHS - the flagship paper: policies, principles and practices.
- The Custodian Model - how open clinical software is owned, governed and sustained for the sector.
- The COVID-19 response - project 61399: a co-assessment application designed in ten days on the DITO platform and delivered as a working care-home screening tool.
- Product legacy - Care Precision, EHRTap, CakeStack and the architectures that grew from the project.
